Have you encountered potential violations in the workplace?

Ngen is aware of the importance of ethical and lawful business practices and encourages you to report detected violations through the internal reporting channel, as this will ensure that reports are handled effectively, and mistakes and violations are promptly addressed.

You can report violations of any regulation that you have detected in your work environment. Reports must be submitted no later than two years after the violation has ceased.

In your report, please provide:

  • A detailed description of the violation;
  • Information about the violator;
  • Whether the violation is ongoing or, if it has ceased, when it ended;
  • Circumstances indicating that the whistleblower obtained the information in their work environment;
  • Your contact details (optional);
  • Contact details of any intermediaries: individuals who assist the whistleblower in the reporting process and whose assistance should be confidential, especially if they may face retaliatory measures due to their connection with the whistleblower;
  • Contact details of any related persons: individuals who have suffered or may suffer retaliatory measures in the workplace due to their connection with the whistleblower, such as colleagues or relatives, as well as legal entities owned by or affiliated with the whistleblower;
  • Any supporting evidence and witnesses related to the reported violation.

After submitting your report, save the code displayed at the time of submission. You can use this code to access your report via the "Check the status of a report" button. A trusted person may also contact you for additional information if needed for the investigation. You will receive confirmation of receipt and notification of the investigation results.

If you submit an anonymous report, your identity will not be disclosed to anyone within the company, including the trusted person handling the report.

Submitting a report does not violate any confidentiality restrictions or prohibitions and does not impose any liability on you, provided that you did not knowingly submit or publicly disclose false information and had reasonable grounds to believe that the report or public disclosure was necessary to expose a violation.

Within seven days of receiving the report, you will be informed whether your report will be processed.

Within three months of receiving the report, you will be informed of the results of the investigation.
